knk Business Software AG, an industry leader in software for book and magazine publishers today announced the acquisition of Bradbury Phillips International Ltd., a leading provider of rights, royalty, and agency software. Over the course of its 32-year history Bradbury Phillips software has been widely adopted in both the book publishing and literary agency communities with their applications currently in use at over 120 companies around the world. Bradbury Phillips’ clients includes such major publishers as Bloomsbury, Elsevier, HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, Scholastic, Macmillan, and Taylor & Francis. Bradbury Phillips’ Literary Agency clients include an equally impressive list of companies such as United Agents, Andrew Nurnberg Associates, Sterling Lord Literistic, Intercontinental Literary Agency, Rogers, Coleridge & White, Aitken Alexander and David Higham.
