What is important to us

As a supplier of the future, we ensure the success of our customers. We are at the cutting edge of technology and at the same time remain human and friendly.

The core of our promise is our pioneering publishing software, which unfolds its full potential in combination with our holistic philosophy. Our joint success is based on listening to you and getting an accurate picture of your actual requirements and needs in order to get you there.

We draw on many years of experience in the media industry. At the same time, it is important to us that we continue to develop. We draw on this wealth of experience to make suggestions for “best practices”, to show you what works and what doesn’t and to accompany you on your way. This ensures that the balance between individualisation and standard is maintained.

Our goal: to offer you the best possible solution for your challenges – where it is advantageous, even with meaningful additions from third parties.

To ensure that projects are completed on time and budget, knk uses a well-tried and tested project method that has proven itself in many publishing houses. Our project experts manage the entire process in close cooperation with customer needs.

Change
Management

New software may help to deal with fast changing business models but better processes, new ideas and sometimes changed organizational structures are also needed. It’s not easy to manage these changes. knk can help with that and acts as a trusted partner for publishers.

Business Process
Optimization

We provide support in the analysis of business processes, the search for unused potential and subsequent improvements. We act as impartial and sensitive partners because our consultants have many years of experience. We know the publishing business and effective methods of analysis.

Business
Consultation

We care about the successful implementation of our projects because we are experts in both the publishing business and IT. As a result, our customers benefit from foresighted management consulting as well as the professional solution competence of a software house – and both services need to fit together perfectly to implement successful IT projects.
