The knk Group and The Pilgrim Press announce the start of a joint project to implement the publishing software knkPublishing at The Pilgrim Press.

The project will cover the implementation of knkPublishing within the following areas: contract and royalty management, financials, media sales as well as knkPublishing’s integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

“The implementation of knkPublishing will give us full visibility of the complete publishing process in one place for all our departmental areas. At the same time, it will help us to increase efficiency, improve analytics, and it will be a solid foundation for our future subscription growth,” states The Rev. Rachel G. Hackenberg, Managing Editor and Publisher, The Pilgrim Press.

knkPublishing will be deployed in the Azure cloud in knk’s US multi-tenant environment for knkPublishing.

“We are looking forward to our joint project. We will kick off the project with a series of remote workshops to get the project team members on both sides synchronized right from the start,” adds Jason Spanos, Chief Revenue Officer of knk Software LP.
